Note: This certificate subject to be updated every three years for Nepalese Pharmacist.
In case where to registration of non-Nepalese pharmacist has not been renewed, the validity of this certificate shall only be up to the period of two years from the date of issuance and in case where the renewal of the registration of such Pharmacist to be made such Pharmacist shall be required to submit an application before Nepal Pharmacy Council at least 35 day in advance of the termination of the validity of the certificate.
